1. Are the listed styles in stock?

Hello, all styles on the website are in stock. We usually keep about 200 pieces per color in safety stock. If you need a large quantity, please contact customer service in advance so we can restock in time.

2. When will my order ship, and which courier is used?

Hello, the default courier is Zhongtong Express.

If you need a specific courier, please notify customer service in advance. Orders placed before 18:00 ship the same day; orders placed after 18:00 ship the next day. Delays may occur due to bad weather, parcel backlog, holidays, or other special circumstances, and we will notify you promptly.

3. Is there a minimum order quantity for small orders?

Trial styles have a low minimum order quantity, and hot-selling items are restocked continuously. We also offer small-quantity customization.

4. What are the sample model and mannequin sizes?

We focus on providing apparel for cross-border customers for many years, so our sample sizes follow Western standards. The fit is generally roomier than average, with sufficient material used.

5. What is the sample fee?

Our sample fee is CNY 300 per item, and CNY 500 for complex styles. The full sample fee will be refunded after placing an order.

6. What is the lead time for custom orders?

Our usual lead time is 7-10 days. For cut-and-sew orders, the procurement time is generally 3 days. If special fabrics or trims are required, it may take more than 7 days.

7. What about returns and after-sales service?

For ready-stock orders, quality issues reported within 15 days of receipt are covered by our return and replacement policy. For custom orders, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality issue, because the item is made specifically to your requirements.

8. Where are your products suitable for selling?

We produce apparel for cross-border markets, suitable for online and offline retail.
